• Quarterly assessment by registered staff
• Preparation of medical records for personal physician's appointments
• Illness management - for short spells of illness
• Emergency management:
  • 9-1-1 Emergencies
  • Transfer documentation for hospital and all follow-ups
  • Communication with designated family member(s)
  • Follow-up upon return from hospitalization
  • Completion of all required reports
